This black tea blends with pineapple, ginger, orange peel and lemongrass, stars pineapple and ginger with hints of citrus from lemongrass and orange peel. It is predominantly citrusy sweet with hints of sharpness from the ginger. A contrasting experience of sweet and spicy.

The liquor begins with a beautiful note of pineapple and ginger with a citrus note. The liquor is thick and gives out tarty citrus notes. In the middle, as it ends it leaves with a citrus note along with a hint of ginger which stays.

DRY LEAF
The leaves bear a fruity yet spicy aroma.The leaves have a beautiful contrast of pineapple and black Assam tea leaves with ginger and lemongrass.

The leaves are mixed with a medium grade coppery appearance tea leaves with a predominance of raw pineapple flaunts with a hint of ginger and lemongrass.

Iced tea blends are made by using loose leaf black/ green tea leaves that are blended with fruits, flowers, herbs and spices that results in a blend that is brewed cold for a refreshing tea experience.

We recommend a certain temperature (80-85 C; 90-95 C) for the fresh oxygen rich filtered water to be boiled at the time of brewing the tea. This is only a guide and precision without a thermometer is challenging. You can simply boil and see for yourself. Boiling water is at 100 C, if you leave it for 30 sec it should be around 90-95 C, if you leave it for 40-45 sec it should be around 85-90 C and for 1 minute leave water at around 80-85 C.

Spoon measured the quantity of tea(4 gms) in the tea maker/pot. Pour Freshly Boiled water(150 ml) over the tea leaves. Steep for suggested time then Strain and let it cool. Serve it on ice and garnish as per choice.

OR Spoon measured the quantity of tea(4 gms) in the tea maker/pot. Pour cold water(150 ml) over the tea leaves. Put it in the fridge overnight, or at least 6-7 hours then strain. Serve it on ice and garnish as per choice.

We vacuum package our tea in High Barrier Aluminium Pouches to ensure freshness of the teas. We recommend that you store the teas in airtight container in a cool, dry and odour free place. This keeps it away from air, light and surrounding odour. Thereby ensuring longer shelf life and quality experience of the tea.

All our teas define pure tea experience that is unadulterated. We use only 100% natural ingredients to blend our teas and no artificial flavours and enhancers are added to the tea.

Our teas can be used from 18 to 24 months from the date of manufacturing. However, teas once opened have to be stored in airtight containers and should be kept away from moisture, light and odour.
